At the heart of how I operate and how I have repeatedly unlocked simpler, easier solutions is Culture. 


It doesn’t matter what pay and perks you put in place, or how good a head for business you have, you can only build a successful and innovative organisation when you build an inspiring culture.




Brilliant ideas come when talent can flourish, when people have support to be different and to fail. We have to create head-space to think, to be counter-intuitive, to question the questions.

 

I’m proud of all of my achievements but above all want my greatest legacy to be collaborative, family-style cultures.

My career hasn’t been about building successful businesses, it’s been about building successful teams and cultures.
